PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granulated granules and a method for producing the granules, and a tablet and a method for producing the tablet, in which the problem of attachment to a tableting machine is reduced and a high-hardness tablet can be obtained even in the case of producing a tablet or a laminated tablet containing loxoprofen sodium at high concentration.SOLUTION: There are provided granulated granules that contain (A) component and (B) component below, have moisture content of 5 to 15 mass%, and a tablet that comprises a drug layer including the granulated granules. (A) component: at least one selected from a group consisting of loxoprofen and salt thereof.
