PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of sprouts, for example, having an improved mineral content by using deep ocean water.SOLUTION: A production method of sprouts of the present invention comprises a growth step of growing germinating seeds into sprouts in a dark place, and a greening step of greening the sprouts into green sprouts by irradiating with light, the method being characterized by performing the growth step in the absence of deep ocean water and by performing the greening step in the presence of the deep ocean water.
