The present invention provides a composition for intranasal delivery of a drugcomprising: (i) the drug； and (ii) anon-aqueous vehicle comprising (a) propylene glycol and at least oneadditional solvent selected from N-methylpyrrolidone,propylene carbonate, dimethyl sulfoxide and at least one propylene glycolfatty acid ester； (b) from about 40 to 100 % by volume ofN-methylpyrrolidone； or (c) from about 40 to 100% by volume of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO).
