PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent-operability tooth extraction tool wherein the transmission loss of force is prevented or suppressed.SOLUTION: This tooth extraction tool 1 includes a grip part 2, and a shaft part 3 extending from the grip part 2, and the shaft part 3 has an insertion part 4 inserted into a periodontal ligament space 300 between a tooth 100 and an alveolar bone 200. A portion facing to the alveolar bone 200 of the shaft part 3 in a state that the insertion part 3 is inserted in the periodontal ligament space 300 is formed with a friction resistance increase part 5 having a plurality of projections 51.
