The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing health tea and a tea bag product using the same. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: heating adzuki bean and artichoke at high temperature and high pressure, respectively, wherein the adzuki bean is heated at 120°C and 11 atm for 10 minutes, and the artichoke is heated at 120°C and 5 atm for 10 minutes pulverizing the adzuki bean and artichoke dried by heating into a particle shape, respectively and mixing pulverized particles of the adzuki bean and the artichoke at a predetermined ratio. The method additionally includes a step of packing the mixed particles by predetermined weight. Accordingly, adzuki and artichoke are pulverized into a particle shape to be merchandized, and are packed in a particle shape by a small amount, so long-term storage and intake are facilitated. Moreover, since adzuki bean and artichoke are mixed at a predetermined ratio to be manufactured, diuretic effect, constipation mitigation, diet effect, diabetes mitigation, etc. are promoted, so an advantageous effect, such as adult diseases prevention, of contributing health can be provided.
