The main work part is provided with: a center float for sensing the ground contact surface of the field and sensors provided separately from the center float, the sensors sensing the surface of the field immediately in front of the position at which the seedlings are planted or the position to which the rice seeds are supplied. The center float prepares the soil corresponding to three center rows, and is shaped so that the sections corresponding to two rows to the left and to the right of the three center rows open sidewards.
