The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition containing an essential oil of Liriodendron tulipifera leaves and Ziziphus jujube seeds as an active component, which is achieved through the steps of: isolating an essential oil from Liriodendron tulipifera leaves； isolating an essential oil from Ziziphus jujube seeds, then mixing with the essential oil of Liriodendron tulipifera leaves in 1:1(v/v)； and testing anti-inflammation effect of the mixture. An effect of providing a natural anti-inflammatory drug having strong anti-inflammation activity while having less side effects is obtained in the present invention.본 발명은 튤립나무 잎 및 대추씨 정유를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염증 조성물에 관한 것으로 튤립나무 잎으로부터 정유를 분리하는 단계와； 대추씨로부터 정유를 분리한 후 튤립나무 잎 정유와 1:1(v/v)로 혼합하는 단계와； 상기 혼합물의 항염증 효과를 실험하는 단계를 통하여 달성하였으며 본 발명은 강력한 항염증 활성이 있으면서 부작용이 덜한 천연 항염증제를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
