The present invention relates to a denture resin composition containing fluorine, a production method thereof, and a method for producing a denture polymer using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a denture resin composition which prevents dental caries by releasing fluorine from the cavity, prevents secondary dental caries on surrounding denture peripheral teeth, and inhibits infection and proliferation of bacteria in the cavity, thereby keeping the condition of the cavity healthy. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof and a method for producing a denture polymer using the same. To this end, the resin composition includes polymethyl methacrylate, an initiator, a pigment, and a fluorine compound.본 발명은 불소를 함유한 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물과 이의 제조방법 그리고 이를 이용한 치과 의치상용 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 구강 내에서 불소를 방출하여 치아 우식증을 예방하고 의치상 주위 치아의 이차 우식증 예방 및 구강 내의 세균의 증식과 감염을 억제하여 건강한 구강환경을 유지할 수 있는 치과 의치상용 레진 조성물과 이의 제조방법 그리고 이를 이용한 치과 의치상용 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 개시제, 안료, 불소 화합물을 함유한다.
