The present disclosure is related to a dactilar magnifying glove for breast self-exploration, that comprises a three-layer plastic film: a lower layer, an intermediate layer and an upper layer, with a caliber of between 150 to 350 gauges and the same shape defined by a straight bottom horizontal area and curved lateral zones and a semicircular upper zone, wherein the upper film is shorter at its bottom zone, the three films being sealed by ultrasound and heat around the perimeter thereof, except for the bottom horizontal straight area of the upper film that is not sealed against the intermediate film. The sealed bottom and intermediate films define a closed chamber where a volume of glycerin is supplied to magnify the sense of touch, so that the bottom film will be into contact with the surface of the breast to be palpated while the intermediate film is brought into contact with the palm of the hand.
