PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the safe rim structure of a wheel for a wheelchair, that facilitates replacement of hand rims without performing an operation to attach/detach a tire, a tire tube, and a rim band, etc., to/from the rim of a wheel for a wheelchair.SOLUTION: The rim structure 30 of a wheel 3 has a nut member 12 including: a flat plate 12a a fitting projection 12b and a male screw 12c formed to penetrate the flat plate 12a and the fitting projection 12b.
