PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing an aquaculture fish meat product by feeding fish with an aquaculture sample composition over its dietary cycle. An aquaculture sample composition is formulated by replacing all or part of the fish oil in the composition with a single microbial source of eicosapentaenoic acid ("EPA") and docosahexaenoic acid ("DHA"). .. In a preferred embodiment, the microbial source, including DHA and EPA, is obtained from a microorganism/microorganism of the genus Schizochytrium or Thraustochytrium.
