The present invention relates to a water level display device capable of being used for a conventional flowerpot and, more specifically, to a device for displaying and adjusting the water level, which: allows a user to easily check the level of water supplied to a flowerpot by being simply installed on a conventional flowerpot； and allows the user to easily adjust the level of water according to the type of a cultivated plant such that the plant is cultivated in an optimal condition, and the conventional flowerpot can be reused. The bottom center of a U-shaped vinyl bag is punctured, and a punctured edge portion protrudes from the outside to form a communication path, thus one side end of a water level display and control drainpipe, which is formed in a transparent body and passes through a drain hole punctured on the bottom center of the flowerpot, is connected to the communication path with a band. A funnel-shaped mesh filter is mounted in the U-shaped vinyl bag, and the water level display and control drainpipe is connected to a hook part.
