The sheet with pockets is composed of a sheet part and a plurality of pocket parts on one side of the sheet part. A synthetic resin sheet and a fiber sheet are integrated in the sheet part. The top of the pocket parts is opened, and other edge parts are closed to form a planting part between the pocket parts and the sheet part.
