PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a method of maintaining the freshness of cut flowers, which is more excellent in maintaining freshness than conventional methods and capable of maintaining freshness without using any chemicals, etc.SOLUTION: A method of maintaining the freshness of cut flowers using nano bubble water uses a nano bubble water generating device which manufactures many fine air bubbles with particle diameters ranging from 10 nm to 300 nm inclusive per 1 mL.
