The present invention relates to a cooling patch capable of excellently maintaining the cooling effect from using the vaporization heat of water, and unleashing a continuous high cooling effect. The cooling patch of this invention is made by laminating an aqueous polymer gel (A) and a fiber sheet (B), wherein the aqueous polymer gel (A) has a water content of 65 mass% or more and 95 mass% or less, and the fiber sheet (B) has a thickness of 0.001mm or more and 1mm or less, and a basis weight of 3g/m2 or more and 70g/m2 or less, and a water absorption test value of 1 to 16,000 seconds, and the patch has a water content of 585g/m2 or more and 1700g/m2 or less.本發明係關於一種可良好地保持利用水之汽化熱所得之冷卻效果、並發揮持續性之高冷卻效果的冷卻用貼片。本發明之冷卻用貼片係下述含水高分子凝膠(A)與纖維片(B)積層而成:(A)含水率為65質量%以上且95質量%以下之含水高分子凝膠,及(B)厚度為0.001mm以上且1mm以下、基重為3g/m2以上且70g/m2以下、且吸水性試驗值為1~16000秒之纖維片,且該貼片之水分量為585g/m2以上且1700g/m2以下。
