PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating objectively the effect and the whole use feeling of a cosmetic, without using a panel or an animal skin.SOLUTION: A hair keratin protein solution obtained by dissolving hair with a protein modifier and a reducer is brought into contact with a developing solution so as to be solidified, and a keratin film obtained by being dried thereafter is brought into contact with a cosmetic, and a physical change generated by penetration of the cosmetic into the keratin film is measured, to thereby evaluate functionality of the cosmetic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】パネルや動物の皮膚を用いることなく、化粧料の効果及び使用感全般を客観的に評価する方法を提供する。【解決手段】毛髪を蛋白質変性剤と還元剤で溶解させた毛髪ケラチン蛋白質溶液を展開用溶液と接触させることで固形化し、その後乾燥させて得られるケラチンフィルムと、化粧料とを接触させ、化粧料がケラチンフィルムに浸透することで生じる物理的変化を測定することによって、化粧料の機能性を評価する。【選択図】図1
