PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which shows excellent touch (softness, smoothness, and cushioning properties), increases an absorption rate, reduces a returning amount, and hardly causes an absorbed body fluid to remain in a top sheet.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber. Out of laminated non-woven fabric sheets of the top sheet, the non-woven fabric sheet on a body side uppermost layer is constituted of a fiber having a fiber diameter of 0.7 dtex or more and 2.0 dtex or less, and the non-woven fabric sheet positioned in a lower layer is constituted of a fiber having a fiber diameter of 2.0 dtex or more and 3.0 dtex or less.
