PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of calculation cost associated with the change of a reference point when displaying observation images in a comparative manner on the basis of a corresponding reference point while changing one reference point within observation paths set respectively with regard to first and second three-dimensional medical images.SOLUTION: When a first reference point changer 36 changes the position of the one reference point, and when displacement of the reference point before and after the change by the first reference point changer 36 is small and does not meet the change condition of the other reference point, a second reference point changer 37 does not change the position of the other reference point.
