The present invention relates to an agricultural product crushing and juice extracting apparatus with high juice extracting efficiency. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a cutting crushing unit which includes a crushing cutter, an auxiliary crushing cutter, and a crushing ring at the lower end portion thereof； and a juice extracting extrusion unit to which an extrusion screw including a shaft having a widening inclination portion is applied. Accordingly, both a crushing operation and juice extracting operation can be sequentially embodied, and crushing and juice extracting of a large number of agricultural products can be easily performed. Particularly, the juice extracting extrusion unit to which the extrusion screw including the shaft having the widening inclination portion is applied is provided. Accordingly, for agricultural products which may be fine even when a juice extracting object with fine particles is mixed with extracted juice, juice extracted in a juice extracting process includes a juice extracting object with fine particles, thereby maximizing juice extracting efficiency.본 발명은 착즙 효율을 높인 농산물 분쇄 및 착즙 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 하단부에 분쇄커터, 보조분쇄커터 및 분쇄링이 설치되는 커팅분쇄유닛 및 확관경사부를 갖는 샤프트를 포함하는 압출스크류가 적용된 착즙용 압출유닛이 구비됨으로써 분쇄 작업과 착즙 작업이 순차적으로 모두 구현될 수 있도록 하여 농산물의 분쇄 및 착즙이 대량으로 간편하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 한편, 특히 확관경사부를 갖는 샤프트를 포함하는 압출스크류가 적용된 착즙용 압출유닛이 제공됨으로써 착즙된 즙에 대하여 미세한 입자의 착즙 대상물 혼합되어도 무방한 농산물에 대하여 착즙과정에서 착즙되는 즙에 미세한 입자의 착즙 대상물이 내포되도록 하여 착즙 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 것이다.
