PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a prototype by a design based on past preparation data and experience and to determine the specifications of a product by making adjustments based on a sensory evaluation result by the actual fishing of a specialist inspector in manufacturing a fishing rod made of a tubular resin material.SOLUTION: A design system for a tubular resin member designs the tubular resin member by adding digitized physical elements computed by moment acting on the tubular resin member and rigidity, as design items to parameters of physical elements in length, outer diameter, weight, wall thickness, laminated structure, rigidity, the amount of resin and the arranged direction of fibers which are used in a normal rod design time, and incorporating a sensory evaluation into the physical elements.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】樹脂管状部材からなる釣竿の製作は、過去の作製資料や経験に基づいた設計により試作品を作製し、専門の検査員の実釣による感覚的な評価結果により調整を行い製品の仕様を決定している。【解決手段】樹脂管状部材の設計システムは、通常の竿設計時に用いる、長さ、外径、重量、肉厚、積層構造、剛性、樹脂量及び繊維の配列方向における物理的要素のパラメータに加えて、樹脂管状部材に作用するモーメントと剛性により算出された数値化された物理的要素を設計項目に加えて、感覚的な評価を物理的要素に取り込み樹脂管状部材を設計する。【選択図】図1
