To provide a laser treatment device which allows an operator to suitably observe both an observation image of a patient's eye and a display about an irradiation condition.SOLUTION: A laser treatment device for irradiating an affected part of a patient's eye with a treatment laser beam includes: illumination means for projecting an illumination light to an observation part of the patient's eye； presentation means for presenting an observation image of the observation part； and display means for displaying a parameter relating to the irradiation condition of the treatment laser beam on the observation image presented by the presentation means.
