A cardiac pacing current-providing wire, comprising: a conductive core, and an insulation membrane covering the conductive core. The conductive core is made of a magnesium alloy. The mass percent composition of the magnesium alloy is: 4.5-5.5% of Zn, 0.8-1.2% of Mn, 0.8-1.2% of Ca, the balance being Mg. The insulation membrane is made of any of a polylactic acid (PLA), a polyglycolic acid (PGA), a polycaprolactone (PCL), a polydioxanone (PDS), and a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), or of a copolymer of at least two of the above. Also disclosed is a cardiac pacing current-providing unit comprising the wire. The unit provides a pacing current to a heart of a patient. The unit comprises: the wire, a suture needle, and a connecting electrode connected to a cardiac pacemaker. The wire does not leave a residue thereof in the body after degradation, nor causes a metal artifact, preventing the patient from the necessity of a second retrieval surgery, reducing the mental, physical, and financial burdens of surgery on the patient, and having high clinical application value.Un fil de fourniture de courant de stimulation cardiaque, comprenant : un noyau conducteur, et une membrane d'isolation recouvrant le noyau conducteur.
