The present invention relates to: a suction cup-type blood flow variation measuring sensor for measuring blood flow variation through air pressure variation inside a vacuum-state suction cup by using an air pressure variation measuring sensor positioned inside the suction cup； and a blood flow variation measuring apparatus enabling the analysis of the risks of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by detecting, using the suction cup-type blood flow variation measuring sensor, the pulse wave transit time (PWTT) between the carotid artery and the radial artery, and the PWTT between the carotid artery and the femoral artery.
