According to an embodiment, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for aging meat. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for properly aging meat, which process the meat by the type of the meat, condition of the meat, and the aging condition of the meat desired by a user, and controls the apparatus for aging meat.
