PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture of a dental implant capable of making initial fixation strong, accelerating osseointegration, evading excessive concentration on a load and securing stability for a long period of time, relating to the fixture of an osseointegrated implant.SOLUTION: The fixture of the dental implant includes a collar part 22, a neck part 24 having a slightly constricted part, a body part 26 forming a part of a conical shape for which an outer shape is gradually reduced from the neck part, and an apical part 28 in a hemispherical shape or a roundish shape, and a plurality of flat plates 32 whose cross sectional shape is sharpened to the outer side of the neck part at an acute angle are closely provided on the neck part 24 having a circular arcuate constricted part. Further, a spirally provided guide projection 42 is provided from the body part 26 to the apical part 28 of the fixture, and the fixture is buried.
