PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent useful for inflammatory arthritic disorder.SOLUTION: An inflammatory arthritic disorder therapeutic agent includes 4-alkylumbelliferone, its derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. As the 4-alkylumbelliferone, 4-methylumbelliferone is preferable.
