Unitary endoscopic vessel harvesting devices are disclosed. In some embodiments, such devices (100) comprise an elongated body (102) having a proximal end (104) and a distal end (106), a tip (120) disposed at the distal end of the elongated body； and a cutting unit (150) having a first cutting portion (310) and a second cutting portion (312), the first cutting portion (310) and the second cutting portion (312) being moveable in a longitudinal direction relative to the elongated body (102) to capture a blood vessel between the first cutting portion (310) and the second cutting portion (312), and being rotatable relative to one another circumferentially about the tip (120) to cut the captured blood vessel.L'invention concerne des dispositifs de collecte de vaisseau endoscopiques unitaires.
