The present invention relates to a vertical wall and high-slope afforestation method and an aggregate container, a shelf assembly and a water supply device used thereto. In the present invention, a shelf assembly (10) comprises a support (12) and a support plate (20). The support (12) is equipped with a fixing leg (14) fixed to a reinforced earth layer (3), and a weight support unit (16) is positioned on an end of the fixing leg (14) so that the fixing leg is supported by being closely pressed to a slope or an end vertical wall (7) of the reinforced earth layer (3). A supporting leg (18) is slopingly extended in an opposite direction to gravity on an end of the weight support unit (16). The support plate (20) is supported on the supporting leg (18), wherein a vegetation soil (40) is placed on the support plate (20). Both ends of a horizontal supply pipe (36) are connected to vertical supply pipes (30) separated at certain intervals inside the vegetation soil (40), and a water pipe (38) is provided in the horizontal supply pipe (36). The inside of the water pipe (38) is filled with a filler (38), and a decompression valve (37) is provided on a connection pipe (37) which connects the water pipe (38) with the horizontal supply pipe (36).
