An electric toothbrush system includes an operation device and an electric toothbrush device. In the electric toothbrush device, a toothbrush body has a brush portion which is utilized for brushing teeth. A monitor device is communicated with the operation device wirelessly. An image capture device which set at the toothbrush body is utilized for capturing at least one tooth-image of an oral cavity. A vibration device which set at the toothbrush body is utilized for make the brush portion brush teeth according to a vibration parameter. The operation device is provided for receiving the tooth-image and the vibration parameter to analyze the tooth-image and the vibration parameter to generate a cleaning-information of the oral cavity.
