PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of imaging by having a safety mechanism for a contact and a collision.SOLUTION: A cover 22 is elastically supported on a frame 21 by elastic members 23. A linking part 25 and a linking object part 26 are provided between the frame 21 and the cover 22, and the cover 22 is fixed to the frame 21 by the linking part 25 and the linking object part 26 as necessary. In a first state in which the movement of the cover 22 is not restricted, the cover 22 is movable with respect to the frame 21.
