The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition containing a gold kiwi fruit lactobacillus fermentation product as an active component. The gold kiwi fruit lactobacillus fermentation product of the present invention is increased in the content of functional substances such as total phenol and flavonoids compared to gold kiwi fruits, which are not fermented, and thus has excellent antioxidant activity, thereby being able to be usefully utilized in food and pharmaceutical industry for antioxidant.본 발명은 골드키위 유산균 발효물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 골드키위 유산균 발효물은 발효시키지 않은 골드키위에 비해 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드와 같은 기능성 물질의 함량이 증가되고, 항산화 활성이 우수하여 항산화용 식품 및 의약품 산업에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
