A method of microcarriers formation for biodegradable polymers is provided. First, a biodegradable material is heated to its melting point, such that the biodegradable material is melted into liquid. Next, the melted biodegradable material and dispersing agent are heated and mixed at the melting point of the biodegradable material for emulsification, such that a microparticle is obtained after fully emulsification and the mixing process is stopped. Afterwards, the microparticle is dispersed through ultrasonic vibration, and the dispersed microparticle is washed and filtered by a screen.一種可生物降解高分子微載體成型方法。在可生物降解高分子微載體成型方法中，先將可生物降解材料加熱至其熔點，以使可生物降解材料熔化形成液體。接著，將熔化形成液體的可生物降解材料與穩定劑於可生物降解材料的熔點下加熱攪拌以進行乳化作用，充分乳化後停止攪拌以得到微球。之後，藉由超音波振動以將微球分散，洗滌經分散的微球，並以篩網過濾微球。
