The present invention relates to a protective frame for orchid cultivation, which is used in association with a pot holder to form an orchid cultivation device. The pot holder has a plurality of accommodation chambers for placing pots of orchid. The protective frame having a rectangular frame shape formed by a plurality of longitudinal plates and a plurality of lateral plates includes a plurality of up and down penetrating accommodation spaces therein. During usage, the protective frame is placed on the pot holder, and the accommodation spaces of the protective frame are respectively up and down corresponded to the accommodation chambers of the pot holder. Each pot of orchid is placed inside the pot holder. The leaves of orchid are received within each accommodation space and supported by the protective frame to prevent the leaf damage and break.
