PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a tubular heat exchanger body into an internal space of a drain ditch body, to make it possible to warm or cool pots, to improve heat insulating functions or cold insulating functions, to eliminate wastes of heat from the heat exchanger body and to improve the heat transfer efficiency to the pots.
SOLUTION: An elevated cultivation apparatus is equipped with a pot assembly 1 in which the pots 2 are installed and held in a plurality of rows, the drain ditch body 10 for supporting the pots 2 of the pot assembly 1 so as to face into the inner space S, collecting water dropped from the side of the pot assembly 1 and making the water flow and a support 40 for supporting the drain ditch body 10 at an elevated position from the ground surface. The tubular heat exchanger body 20 for warming or cooling air in the inner space S is inserted into the inner space S of the drain ditch body 10 and a shielding plate 30 for receiving the water dropped from the side of the pot assembly 1 and making the water flow down is installed in the upper part of the heat exchanger body 20.
