PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that general-purpose meningococcal B vaccines demand one or more antigenicity in view of such a tendency that the meningococcal B leaves the problem that the meningococcal meningitis in a non-epidemic season is caused by a plurality of strains or strain variants together with changes with time which frequently happen with strains predominant in the population, in the case of now-used meningococcal vaccines which are tetravalent polysaccharide vaccines consisting of serotypes A, C, Y and W135.SOLUTION: A composition includes a combination of Neisseria bacilli, especially biological molecules originated from N.meningitidis and N.gonorrhoeae.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】現在使用される髄膜炎菌のワクチンは、血清型A、C、YおよびW135から構成される四価の多糖ワクチンである。しかし、髄膜炎菌Bは問題を残す。集団の中で優勢な菌株において頻発する経時的な変化とともに、非流行期間の髄膜炎菌病が、複数の菌株または菌株改変体によって引き起こされる傾向があることを考慮すると、汎用髄膜炎菌Bワクチンは1より多い抗原性種が要求される。【解決手段】Neisseria(ナイセリア)細菌、特にN.meningitidisおよびN.gonorrhoeae由来の生物学的分子の組合せを含む組成物。【選択図】なし
