An extended-Release type basic material comprises pectin extracted from Citrus junos, tangerine, and the like, animal gelatin, &beta；-glucan extracted from mushroom including Chaga mushroom, and organic acid which contains citric acid as a main ingredient. The extended-release type preparations allows continuous disease and insect control by maintaining the stabilization of a volatile natural material and a naturally useful material.
