PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with all vertical diffusibility of body fluid, absorption speed, lateral leak prevention performance, liquid return performance, and fitness improved and in which a shape of an absorber does not deform even in the case that the article is folded double when packaged.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber. The absorber has a plurality of projection three-dimensional shape parts in a linear shape. The projection three-dimensional shape parts are positioned at positions in a width direction with a folding line as an axis. The projection three-dimensional shape parts are arranged at each of both end parts in the width direction of the absorber at least one each. Each of the projection three-dimensional shape parts have a dimension in the width direction of 3 mm or more and 30 mm or less, a height of 2 mm or more and 10 mm or less, and they are formed in an area of 80% or more with respect to the total length in a longitudinal direction of the absorber.
