The rotation frame comprises a plurality of annular frames concentric with the rotation axis, and a plurality of rib frames disposed on the circumferential surfaces of the plurality of annular frames and arranged in parallel with the rotation axis to connect the plurality of annular frames. At least one of the plurality of annular frames and the plurality of rib frames has a part of the frame which is depressed along a longitudinal direction.
