PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device provided with a gantry which has a large open diameter and in which a slip ring is easily accessed.SOLUTION: A bearing includes an inner ring 5b on the rotation side and an outer ring 5a on the stop side. A rotation frame 40 and a pulley 6 are connected via the inner ring 5b. The stop frame 30 is connected to the outer ring 5a. The slip ring 9 is connected to an open end of the pulley 6. In the inner ring 5b, one or more through-holes 5c are provided.
