The present invention relates to improvement in an oil press used when oil is pressed from various agricultural products including sesame. An oil press tank and an oil press rod which is installed on the side of an opening of the oil press tank and opens and closes the opening can be moved back and forth. The bottom of the oil press tank is opened and a bottom plate is introduced inside so the bottom plate can move upwards and backwards along the main wall of the oil press tank. Accordingly, the oil press of the present invention is useful when inputting a material to be pressed into the oil press tank or separating pressed residues.본 발명은 깨를 비롯하여 각종 농산물로 기름을 짤 때 사용하는 착유기의 개량에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 착유통과 착유통의 개방부쪽에 설치되어 개방부를 개폐하는 착유봉을 기계본체에서 전후로 왕복 이동시킬 수 있게 구성하고, 착유통 바닥을 개방하여 내부에 바닥판을 개입하여 바닥판이 착유통 주벽을 따라 상하로 이동할 수 있게 함으로써, 착유통내에 착유할 재료를 넣거나 착유된 찌꺼기를 분리할 때 작업이 사용하기 좋은 착유기이다.
