CONSTITUTION: A moisture removal device for agricultural products comprises the following: an inlet(111) and an outlet(112) formed on both sides of a box body shaped housing(110)； a blower(130) installed on the upper side of the housing； plural induction plates(140) installed on the lower side of the blower to be opened and closed, and located along to the transfer direction of a conveyor(120)； plural shafts(141) for installing the induction plates； link bars mounted on one end of the shafts； a link bar connection rod combining with the link bars； and a turning motor(150) with an eccentric cam located on one side of a drive link bar.송풍기의 바람을 와류를 일으켜 과일의 표면뿐만 아니라 측면이나 하측에도 마찰시키게 하여 고품질의 농산물을 얻을 수 있는 농산물 물기 제거장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 농산물 물기 제거장치는 함체 형상 하우징의 일측과 타측에 형성된 입출구에 형성된 컨베이어를 따라 농산물을 이송시키면서 하우징의 상부에 설치된 송풍기에 의해 바람을 불고, 송풍기의 하측에는 컨베이어의 이송방향을 따라 길면서 수직하게 연장된 다수의 유도판이 서로 오므라들었다 벌어졌다하도록 설치되어 컨베이어를 따라 이송되는 농산물의 상,하,좌,우측 표면에 뭍어있는 물기를 제거하게 된다. 이때, 유도판은 다수의 축에 장착되고, 축들의 어느 일측 단부에는 상하로 세워진 링크바가 장착되고, 링크바들에는 상,하가 서로 엇갈리도록 연결되는 링크바연결대가 결합되며, 링크바중에서 어느 일측의 구동링크바에는 편심된 캠이 장착된 선회모터가 결합되도록 구성된다.
