PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hair cosmetic compositions excellent in both ability of foam quality and foam volume in hair cosmetic compositions containing an anionic polymer selected from acrylic acid polymers.SOLUTION: In order to solve an above-mentioned subject, in a hair cosmetic composition in which a plurality of agents are mixed and foamed by shaking, provided is a hair cosmetic composition in which the plurality of agents contain an acidic agent containing one or more anionic polymers selected from acrylic acid polymers (A) and in which the mixture of the plurality of agents becomes alkaline, the hair cosmetic composition being characterized by containing an amphoteric surfactant (B). By containing the amphoteric surfactant (B), the amount of foam can be increased while increasing foam improving effect of anionic polymer of (A) and further inhibiting the reducing effect of the amount of foam of anionic polymer of (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】本発明の課題は、アクリル酸ポリマーから選ばれるアニオン性ポリマーを配合した毛髪化粧料組成物において、泡質と泡量のいずれの性能にも優れた毛髪化粧料組成物を提供することにある。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、複数の剤を振とうにより混合発泡させる毛髪化粧料組成物において、前記複数の剤は、（Ａ）アクリル酸ポリマーから選ばれるアニオン性ポリマーの１種以上を含有する酸性の剤が含まれ、かつ、複数の剤の混合物はアルカリ性となる毛髪化粧料組成物であって、（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤を含有することを特徴とする毛髪化粧料組成物を提供する。（Ｂ）両性界面活性剤を配合することにより、（Ａ）のアニオン性ポリマーの泡質改善効果を高めつつ、更には、（Ａ）のアニオン性ポリマーの泡量の低下作用を抑制し、泡量を高めることができる。【選択図】なし
