PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird-damage preventing tool capable of suppressing plastic deformation over time during storage or after laying.SOLUTION: A bird-damage preventing tool 1 includes a plurality of annular members 2 through which an overhead wire 100 is inserted, and a plurality of rod members provided in the connection state of the plurality of annular members 2, and having a plurality of projection parts 4 on the surface.
