PURPOSE: An artificial underwater ecosystem structure is provided to prevent damages due to flooding and soil pressure by dispersing the centroid. CONSTITUTION: An artificial underwater ecosystem structure comprises a soil receiving unit(10) and a floating unit(20). The upper side of the soil receiving unit is opened to accept soil comprises a plurality of chambers and a plurality of blocks. A plurality of blocks is formed in the shape of a net. The floating unit comprises a block coupling unit with a fitting groove and is installed in the soil receiving unit.
