PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device, an ultrasonic device, an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can perform driving in accordance with the distance to a target object.SOLUTION: A processing device 200 comprises: a transmission unit 210 which outputs a drive signal to an ultrasonic device 100 a reception unit 240 which performs reception processing of a received signal from the ultrasonic device 100 and a control unit 220 which controls the transmission unit 210 and the reception unit 240. The ultrasonic device 100 comprises: high frequency ultrasonic element arrays H_UEC1-H_UECn in which a plurality of ultrasonic elements having the resonance characteristics of a first frequency are arranged and low frequency ultrasonic element arrays L_UEC1-L_UECn in which a plurality of ultrasonic elements having the resonance characteristics of a second frequency lower than the first frequency are arranged.
