The present invention relates to a ready-to-use therapeutic foodstuff requiring no dilution before consumption, comprising, in percentage by weight with respect to the total weight of said foodstuff, 5 to 45% of a flour of one or more grains and/or of a powder of one or more legumes and/or of one or more tubers and/or of one or more roots, 10 to 35% powdered milk, 10 to 30% sugar, 15 to 35% animal milk fat or fat of animal origin, 0 to 20% powdered protein, and 0 to 10% of one or more emulsifiers. The invention also relates to the use of such a foodstuff for treating and/or preventing malnutrition and/or malabsorption states and other afflictions requiring an enrichment in energy and proteins, and also relates to a method for obtaining such a foodstuff.
