PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper limit control device for a working implement of a tractor in which the working implement is liftably mounted to the rear of the tractor through a link mechanism, and with which an upper limit position of the working implement is readily set to a tractor approximate position.SOLUTION: The upper limit control device includes: the link mechanism 9 for liftably attaching the working implement 8 to the rear of the tractor 1 a lifting cylinder 22 for raising the working implement 8 by driving the link mechanism 9 and an upper limit detection sensor 47 for detecting that the working implement 8 rises and reaches the tractor approximate position as a position approximate to the tractor 1.
