A rapid plant growing device positioned inside the growing room comprises: a plurality of horizontal frames； a plurality of vertical frames； and a plurality of perpendicular frames which support the plurality of horizontal frames and the plurality of vertical frames. The rapid plant growing device further comprises: an outer frame which is positioned in each end unit of the plurality of horizontal frames； a middle frame which is positioned in a middle unit of the plurality of horizontal frames； a support which is installed in each of the plurality of perpendicular frames； a seedbed which is provided in each support and in which plants grow； a one-hole fog spraying device which is installed in each outer frame and a two-hole fog spraying device which is installed in the middle frame； and an LED lamp which is installed in a lower part of a horizontal frame or a lower part of the support, and provides light to raw grass. The seedbed positioned in the support sets a set of 72 pieces per day, is grown through the rapid plant growing device from 2 days to 7 days, and is harvested on 8 days.
