The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a patch for relieving eye fatigue wherein functional hydrogel is produced by mixing hydrogel, which responds to skin temperature when attached to an eye area, is slowly melted, is changed into a sol phase, and is absorbed into the skin of the eye area, with a functional material having effects of relieving eye fatigue and relaxing mind and a body, and then the patch for relieving eye fatigue is manufactured by using the produced functional hydrogel. The patch comprises a urethane film, nonwoven fabric, the functional hydrogel, and a release film. The hydrogel for producing the functional hydrogel comprises polyacrylic acid, glycerin, water, sodium hydroxide, agar, and polysorbate60. The functional material is obtained by mixing one or more from a jasmine extract, a rosemary leaf extract, and menthyl lactate. The functional hydrogel includes 99-99.99 wt% of the hydrogel and 1-0.01 wt% of the functional material.본 발명은 눈 주위에 부착하였을 때 눈 주위피부 온도에 반응하여 서서히 녹으면서 졸 상태로 상태변화를 일으켜 눈 주위 피부에 흡수되게 하는 하이드로 겔과, 눈의 피로 및 심신 안정에 도움을 주는 효능을 갖는 기능성 물질을 혼합하여 기능성 하이드로 겔을 제조하고, 그 제조된 기능성 하이드로 겔을 이용하여 눈 피로 완화용 패치를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 우레탄필름, 부직포, 기능성 하이드로 겔, 이형필름으로 구성되는 목 패치를 제조하되, 상기 기능성 하이드로 겔을 제조하기 위한 상기 하이드로 겔은 Polyacrylic acid, Glycerin, 물, Sodium hydroxide, Agar, Polysorbate60 으로 조성되고, 상기 기능성 물질은, 상기 기능성 물질은, 자스민추출물, 로즈마리잎추출물, 멘틸락테이트 중 어느 하나 이상을 혼합된 것이며, 상기 하이드로 겔과 상기 기능성 물질의 혼합비는, 하이드로 겔 99 - 99.99중량%, 기능성 물질 1 - 0.01중량%로 이루어진다.
