PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid nutritious composition which has refreshness brought by acidity, slightly-viscous and pleasantly-tasty refreshness, refreshing appearance due to transparency, and both of heat resistance and emulsification stability while containing nutrient components such as protein, sugar and oil and fat with good balance.SOLUTION: The liquid nutritious composition includes protein, sugar, an emulsifying agent, oil and fat and water, and has pH 3.0-5.0.
